Beautiful Trow Lake Cabin overlooking the lake

Situated in secluded woods, Trow Lake Cabin is a beautiful full log home located on 15 acre forest of pine and oak overlooking Trow/lower lake, a 40 acre no wake lake and Halls creek. Dock is on our property and about 200 feet from the front door and beach is a short walk about 300 feet from the end of driveway. This is quiet seclusion and there are a lot of nature loving activities. The space We have enjoyed this slice of heaven with our 4 children for many years and would like to share with you. This is quiet seclusion and there are a lot of nature loving activities. If you don’t love kayaking, hiking, biking, bird watching, fishing, yard games, indoor board games and just spending quality time with the family and friends this place is NOT for you. There is not a lot of night life other than a brewery and some restaurants and a few small bars. Our home has in floor heat and a window air condition unit in general living area and one in upstairs bedroom that we barely use because temperatures stay pretty mild in the summer but it works well to keep main space cool. Some of the amenities include the use of 2 hat sided kayaks, 1 canoe to paddle around lake and creek (put in is at our dock on property)or borrow one of our 4 bikes to check out the neighborhood or ride to the beach located at end of our driveway. In the winter ice fish, ice skate or take a walk on lake. After spending the day outside come in and play cards or other available board games. There are many nearby recreational areas including 6 miles away Levis mound located inside a 135,000 acre area in Clark county. Amongst the numerous sandstone outcroppings and cliffs are 39 miles of trails for mountain biking, groomed fat tire biking(winter), hiking, snowshoeing and groomed cross country ski trails and features access to water, restrooms and warming chalet for the winter. In Addition is Bruce mound winter sports area featuring downhill skiing and tubing about 5 miles away. Also, 8 miles away is Lake Arbutus, a 839 acre all access lake for boating and fishing and swimming and having a picnic on the beach with boat and jet ski rental nearby. Also check out the local flea market/craft show or try your hand at the Ho chunk casino. Enjoy a few decent restaurants nearby and our favorite brewery 10 miles away at Sand Creek brewery in Black River Falls. There is a TV in basement with some movies for you to enjoy. The tv is a smart tv and you can sign into your own Netflix , Hulu etc. Guest access There is plenty of room to park and is very secluded. Other things to note Please note that there is an open staircase and isn't safe for toddler age children.
