The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th. *** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. *** ***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash. Please do not roll the trash cans back to the house; they should remain on the street to avoid a $100 fine.*** ***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deer, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks.
