The staff has separate living quarters to ensure guests’ privacy during the night. There is daytime and nighttime security for your peace of mind. We’re happy to host larger groups! We can accommodate up to 18 guests upon request. Please note there is a $150 fee for groups of 15 to 18 people. Items available upon request: • 1 rollaway bed for the master suite • 1 extra mattress for bedroom two • 1 twin mattress for the game room • 3 cots and a crib The house is ideal for families and offers a wide variety of activities for both young and older children, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, ping pong table, pool table, swing set, soccer goals, badminton, trampoline, croquet, board games, outdoor fire pit, and wood-fired oven for roasting marshmallows and sausages. There are TVs in the master suite, bedroom four, living room and swimming pool area. All TVs are equipped with streaming services; guests must log in using their personal accounts and passwords. Other things to note We want to let you know we are doing our part to help our Airbnb guests stay safe by taking necessary sanitary measures and we are continuously disinfecting frequently touched surfaces. There are 3-4 staff members: an on-site caretaker, gardener, kitchen helper and an additional kitchen helper for larger groups. They are very kind and friendly and have experience tending to foreigners, especially volunteer groups from the U.S. They take special care in making our guests’ stay more pleasant with the cooking, making beds, cleaning, washing dishes and tending to. All you have to do is bring your food and drinks and the staff will take care of you. They assist you in the preparation of your meals, and you get to relax and enjoy yourself during your vacation. Their service is not optional and is included in the fee. We also offer the option of Breakfast or other simple meals without special dietary restriction. Additional fees apply for this service and payments are made through Airbnb by payment request. This service includes: meal planning, grocery shopping and preparation. Please request and pay at least one week prior to arrival. Gas barbecue grill to use on the deck with gas included and electric stove in the kitchen. There are no gas appliances inside the home. NEW!! We now offer WIFI in the home. We have paid to provide strong, reliable internet service to the house. That said, outages in internet coverage could occur because of our location. Though we will do all we can to help restore lost service, we cannot be held responsible for service outages that are beyond our control. We apologize in advance if this happens.
