To keep our homes looking their best, we perform paint touch-ups and routine cosmetic maintenance on a quarterly basis. However, minor cosmetic imperfections such as small scuffs, dents, scratches, or signs of use may occasionally be present between maintenance cycles. If you are seeking a brand-new or perfectly pristine environment with no visible signs of wear, our spaces may not be the best fit. That said, we are committed to ensuring that all essential systems, furnishings, and amenities are clean, functional, and comfortable for every guest.
