Rivers Retreat

This condo has been completely renovated with the most stylish amenities. Come relax and watch the sun rise early from the private balcony off the master, or the large deck out the back French door with cushioned seating. As the day unfolds you will want to enjoy the deck/dock on the river with some boating/skiing/fishing/swimming/relaxing/s’mores making Firepit. If you want to go for an adventure away from water, The Meeks Trails are only a 15 min drive for hiking and biking. "Almost Heaven" The space The 2 br, 1.5 bath has been renovated and has all new amenities and luxuries you would expect in a 5 star setting, however, it is a very quiet, private setting. The condo has a community boat launch and a private dock for use if you have a boat and boating/fishing/skiing is your thing. There are plenty of decks and docks to enjoy the outdoors, and there are plenty of nice furnishings inside if you prefer to relax and watch the river go by from the indoors with a book or movie. The Master BR has its own balcony which overlooks the decks and the river. There is a half bath on the main floor and a full Jack and Jill bath on the second floor. Both br are located on the second floor. The large deck off the living room has a gas grill with cushioned seating for 6 and a gas Firepit. The large deck has steps down to another deck and dock that sits directly on the river. So much space and so much to do!! Guest access Digital lock, codes will be communicated to guests prior to arrival. Other things to note Lots of things to do in either direction being in the middle of the larger cities of Huntington to the west or Charleston to the east. Huntington hosts fine dining, shopping, night life, entertainment and is only about a 20 minute drive. Charleston also hosts lots of great restaurants, shopping, night life, concerts, plays etc. and is the opposite direction about a 20 min drive in the opposite direction. If you want to stay closer to the condo, Hurricane/Teays Valley is about 15 minutes and has Fireside Grill, Fat Patty's, Fairways Grill, The Bridge are a few of the very good restaurants. The Meeks Trail is great for outdoorsman who like to hike and bike the trails. Lots of things to do or do nothing at all....its all GOOD!
