OCEAN BREEZE COTTAGE is a hidden gem situated along the eastern ridgeline of Onetangi. With huge sunny decks and a fantastic cedar spa, it’s the perfect oasis for couples. This property is light and charming and captures incredible sunrises ,has all-day sun and the magical evening light. The space The one bedroom cottage is single level, open plan and extremely light and charming. It contains a queen bedroom and a full bathroom with laundry. The kitchen, living and dining area has doors that open out to the wrap around sun-drenched deck with cedar hot tub perfectly positioned to capture the stunning sea views. You have far reaching views over Piemellon Bay, to Little Barrier Island which sits perched on the horizon. PRICING is Based on 2 guests but can sleep a max of 4 guests To the left of the main dwelling sits a tidy one bedroom sleepout with it's own entrance and ½ bathroom - making it convenient to have friends and family over - sleeping an additional 2 guests ( there is an additional nightly rate p/p p/n) Sleeping a max of 4 guest The easy off-road parking and enough space for the boat Guest access There is a lock box at the proerpty for self checkin Other things to note Each stay incurs a $120 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean.
