he beautiful gourmet kitchen has spacious granite counters with a granite island, stainless steel appliances, exceptional cabinet space, and a walk in pantry. Between the kitchen and the great room there is a wet bar with a beverage fridge. The two master suites face the Gulf with 9ft wide sliding doors, each master has a private bath, with a soaker tub, and separate walk in tiled showers, and beautiful granite counters. Other things to note For advance reservations, which are those with a booking confirmation date outside of the calendar year which their stay occurs and/or 6+ months before arrival: In the event the homeowner does not renew their rental contract, the home is damaged during a weather event, or the home is sold and leaves our rental program, the host will move guest to comparable accommodation (if available) or guest can cancel their stay for a full refund. If guest chooses a comparable accommodation and there is a price difference, host is not responsible for covering the difference. All of our properties are individually owned. In the event your rental property becomes unavailable for any of the above reasons, we do everything we can to handle the situation fairly, with the happiness of the guest being our top priority.
