The home includes high-speed wireless internet for your favorite streaming services.  The amazing two tiered deck has beautiful new patio  furniture for lounging, dining, coffee, and group seating.  You will LOVE this deck and the privacy of where this home is located.  Near enough to the pool to walk and not have to load up the car! Also available is a Corn hole set for the back deck and a Ping-pong table for use in the garage!   Nearby are hiking trails at Plumas Eureka State Park, the Lakes Basin and many mountain lakes/streams.  Five championship golf courses are nearby within 15 miles.  The surrounding community has many fine outstanding restaurants.  Guest access The entire home, garage, driveway and outstanding deck will be for your use during your stay. You will also receive code information to our pool, which located a block from this home. Other things to note You must be 25 years old (with proof of ID) to make a reservation one of our vacation rental homes.
