Spacious living room with ample seating (sofa bed) 50” smart tv, floor lamp, nest of tables. Bedroom’s/Beds include: 2x double bed 1x King bed 1x single bed Sofa Bed - By Request Only - Linen provided must be used for the sofa bed for cleanliness. Bedrooms/Beds will be made up according to the number of guests booked and or preference made prior to booking/arrival. (Example: 2 persons/couple - King bedroom will be allocated) We aim to offer competitive prices and can continue to do so by implementing the above. Guest access Bedrooms are made up according to the number of guests on the booking. You will recieve an email upon booking which contains a link to our online check-in. Here you will be required to sign our terms and conditions and provide proof of identification. Please ensure this is completed BEFORE the date of arrival. For same day arrivals, please complete before the check-in time of 16:00 as failure to do so will result in a possible late check in and or cancellation of you booking. Check in details will NOT be sent until this is completed and verified. IF THE BOOKING IS FOR 3 GUESTS OR LESS PLEASE LET US KNOW YOUR SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. When under full occupancy, beds will be allocated accordingly unless otherwise requested prior to arrival. If at any time from booking to check-in the guest number increases from that what was originally booked and paid for, please let us know and we can add additional guests to the booking quick and easy. Failure to disclose this information will result in the possible termination of your stay and/or incur an additional charge as per our terms and conditions. It’s always best to let us know so we can ensure enough linen and towels are provided. Although there maybe additional space for extra guest’s, if they have not been added/declared and approved by the host before the check-in time, then any additional guests are not permitted to occupy the property under any circumstances. If approved by the host, the amount per guest of £40.00 per person per night for the duration of the booking. This will need to be met by the lead guest before arrival. Additional guests will not be permitted to stay midway through the booking and no singular night stays are permitted. We also need to know if visitors are planning on coming to Bessie House. Please get in touch for prior approval, to avoid any disappointment. Bessie house is located on a quiet residential street, please respect our neighbours when parking, entering and exiting the property day and night. We politely ask that you respect adjoining neighbours between the hours of 11pm and 8am. Access to the space located under the stairs is not allowed by any guest under any circumstances. This will be locked and is labeled private. An attempt or to gain entry or breach of the locked door is a breach of our conditions of stay. This is only for use for the housekeeping/maintenance team. *** PLEASE LET US KNOW YOUR ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE *** this is so we can ensure a smooth check-in. NO CHARGING OF ELECTRICAL VEHICLES AT THE PROPERTY. STRICTLY NO EATING IN ANY BEDROOMS AND OR UPSTAIRS SPACES. THE USE OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES IS PROHIBITED AT BESSIE HOUSE. *** STRICTLY NO FAKE TAN! STAINS LEFT ON TOWELS AND/OR BEDDING WHICH REQUIRE ADDITIONAL WASHING/REPLACING, THE COST WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.*** NO OUTDOOR SHOES TO BE WORN INSIDE THE PROPERTY.
