This spectacular penthouse will literally take your breath away. The space This is the top floor condo in a luxury building. It is the only rental apartment in the building with 2800 square feet (254 m2) of living area, soaring high ceilings, and views of the ships as they enter the mouth of the Panama Canal. Plus, you'll be above the birds! Outside of the condo, you have access to the rooftop pool and BBQ area (small fee applies). You also have access to the gym and game room. We are professional property managers who live full-time in this gorgeous slice of paradise. We will be available as much or as little as you need us. Playa Bonita is a resort that includes our residential building, PH Casa Bonita, as well as the Westin Playa Bonita. It has a private beach and fun wildlife, such as sloths/monkeys/parrots. Yet we are only 15 minutes from the heart of Panama City. This is truly a special spot! We recommend Uber as the best way to get around. If you don’t have the Uber app on your phone, please download it before you come to Panama. ROOFTOP BBQ: There is a $35 fee to rent the rooftop BBQ. Renters & residents pay the same fee. Questions?
