Villa La Luna is a burst of refreshing colour as the terrace is splashed with yellows, greens and blues. With plenty of relaxing spots, the terrace is the ideal spot for a day by the pool. Beautifully designed, the terrace incorporates the indoors and outdoors as the covered terrace features easy access patio doors to the inside. An outdoor kitchen area with a sink and brick-built BBQ has direct access to the interior kitchen. With alfresco dining facilities, shaded away from the midday sun, this secluded spot is ideal for a spot of lunch, freshly prepared and paired with a glass of cool wine. Inside, a spacious living and dining room with cosy sofa and a flat-screen TV is ideal for a relaxing spot away from the midday sun. La Luna is ideal for families and smaller groups, as three bedrooms boast two double beds and one single bed. All bedrooms share two spacious bathrooms complete with shower, toilet and basin. Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 65cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 90cm wide. The terrace is open and spacious, however on multiple small levels. There is 1 step down to the artificial grass area. The steps around the terrace can be seen in the images, such as the step down from the alfresco dining area. This is a ground-floor property. The doors into the bedrooms, shower room, and kitchen are 68cm wide.
