While at the cottage, enjoy a private backyard oasis with hot tub, Solo Stove fire pit, relaxing outdoor shower under nature's pergola of 40' trees. Within 5 minutes enjoy Lake Wallenpaupack Dam Overlook, Boat Launch, Fishing Dock, Palymra Beach and the town of Hawley. The space Warm and cozy best describes this newly renovated cottage. Inside, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV in both the living room and bedroom with Roku, electric fireplace, games & books. Outside, guests may enjoy the colorful Bohemian feel of the backyard and soaking in the hot tub that is tucked away in the "Hot Tub Hut", roasting S'mores around the new Solo Stove Bonfire fire pit, or dining at the outdoor table. Firewood and barbecue grill provided. Bring your boat, we have a good sized driveway out front for your toys. Guest access NO COMMUNITY, just park and enjoy :) Guests will enjoy the entire cottage with the exception of the maintenance closet and supply mini fridge, which will be locked. There is plenty of parking for your vehicle and a medium size boat with trailer. Please confirm with hosts prior to booking that the trailer will fit. Other things to note All guests must be at least 21 years of age. The outdoor shower is not be available during the colder months. Hot Tub is year round! We are located in the country so please expect to see wildlife and insects. There is pancake mix provided. A spare propane tank is under the back deck if needed for the outdoor grill. If you run out of any other supplies during your stay please message us, chances are we have a backup somewhere in the storage shed or cottage for you. Use of the hot tub requires that guest follow guidelines which are clearly posted in the hot tub hut. This is for the safety and well being of our guests. Hosts will not be held responsible for any occurrences resulting in not following these guidelines.
