The two-room apartment is introduced by a courtyard with a gate, a small space also suitable for parking a small car. The interiors of the two-room apartment are furnished in a simple and essential way, and consist of aliving roomwith adouble sofa bed, TV, air conditioning and dining room, 1double bedroom, 1 shower room and the well-equipped kitchenette. From the kitchenette there is access to theback gardenequipped with a washing machine, outdoor shower, washstand, table and chairs for outdoor dining. Only 100 meters from the house are all the main services. The town`s beautiful beach with pine forest and the legendary "two sisters" are also within walking distance, being just 300 meters away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - The internal parking is useful for small cars. - Air conditioning in the living room. - Please note that payment of the security deposit of euro 100 is required upon arrival by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer.
