The space This Luxurious 9,600 plus sq ft. of home is newly decorated and fully equipped. 4 bedrooms each with their own attached bathroom. Large Screen tvs in common area and every bedroom. Great wifi. Baby Grand piano. Pool table. Full basement with sleeping areas, workout room, game room with pingpong table. Lots of desk and workspace stations. Guest access Guests have access to the complete house. Shared yard, pond, and river access with The Executive House guests. Other things to note Some traffic noise from the highway. Please note that the hot tub is a small two person indoor tub in the master bathroom. Not an outdoor community hot tub. Please Respect Our Home We love you and we love your children. …and we want to love you all when you leave. This is a luxury living home with brand new and expensive fixtures and furniture. Please ensure that your children are respecting the property as if it were your own home. Taking shoes off at the door, not wandering around with fruit juice or popsicles to stain the upholstery or carpeting. Please do not move furnishings around to different rooms. If you remove small appliances, remotes, or videos to put them away, please be sure everything is put back as it was before you leave. We ask that you not disrupt the other house located nearby and please don't borrow furnishings from other house. If you or your children break or damage anything, please let me know. Sidewalk chalk should be washed away before you leave. This house has a limited occupancy of 28 people. Violating this rule will result in a fine up to $300.
