The space This home is located on a quiet one-way street leading downtown. This home boasts a spacious living room and formal dining room for guests to enjoy. Wi-fi connectivity, WFH area and Smart TV’s allow for easy entertainment and productivity. This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature queen beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All rooms have extra comforters and linen available. The kitchen is fully stocked with filtered water, a coffee maker and basic spices & seasonings for cooking. There are also non-perishable foods for guests if they would like to use them. There is a full laundry room as well. Enjoy a drink on the front porch or head around back where guests are welcome to relax on the screened in porch or rear patio area with fire pit and grill. If you want to enjoy the revitalized downtown area, simply park the car and walk one block to downtown! Guest access Guests can access the property through the front door using a code protected door lock. Other things to note Amenities that I provide include: full kitchen with plates, cups, cooking utensils and basic cookware, one set of paper towels and toilet paper, clean linen after every stay (washcloths & towels), travel size soap, shampoo, lotion, disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste, washer and dryer, outdoor gas grill, filtered water.
