Boasting a screened porch with island views, a deck and BBQ grill for outdoor living, modern interiors with high-end furnishings, this popular home offers all the comforts of home and luxurious amenities for an unforgettable vacation! The living area is bright and colorful, with a vaulted ceiling and access to a deck. The flat screen TV features a sound bar and subwoofer to stream music from your iPod. The kitchen has updated cabinetry and black granite counter tops with a dining table and dinette for 4 in the kitchen for sharing Lowcountry favorites. The pass through from the kitchen to the dining area is so convenient for serving and clean up for larger groups. There is a full-size washer/dryer on the lower level for guest convenience. This Seabrook Island beach home comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a large suite on the upper living level featuring a king size bed, flat screen TV and full private bath with double vanities. Bedroom 2 is located on the lower level with a king size bed and full private bath, bedroom 3 has a queen bed and bedroom 4 has two twin beds with a screened porch. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a full bathroom. There is an additional TV downstairs and ceiling fans in several bedrooms. Enjoy limited ocean views here from the upper deck, covered parking and great storage for your beach gear. This popular, pet-friendly Seabrook Island house rental is a short walk to the beach and in close proximity to the Seabrook Island Club and amenities. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village. Other things to note Seabrook Island Amenities: Your stay does NOT include amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club. If you would like to purchase amenity cards for your stay, please contact our local reservations team. Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available. Beach Access: Walk to the beach in 5 minutes Pet Policy: this home allows up to TWO (2) dogs. Pet fee is an additional $250 per pet per week. Vehicle Policy: Seabrook Island allows a maximum of FOUR (4) vehicles at this property and requires each vehicle to have a car pass at all times.
