The safe, quiet neighborhood boasts nearby parks, public pools, and trails. San Francisco is only 35 minutes away. There is no TV but the high-speed internet enables streaming on multiple devices. Our home is 1550 square feet on nearly 1/4 of an acre. The house is pretty standard - nothing fancy, nothing drab. Four decent sized bedrooms with new linens, comfortable beds, large windows, and insulated window shades. Hardwood or tile floors throughout, and vaulted ceilings make it feel a bit like a cabin. There are five desks and multiple hangout places. The spacious kitchen has all the appliances you need, plus basic items in the pantry like spices, oils, flours, rice, oats, and so on. The Outdoor space has a shaded patio with bbq grill and outdoor sink - perfect for eating outside during summer! There is a large wooden playset for the kids. And there tons of native plants, young fruit trees, and a vegetable garden. Help yourself to whatever is in season! Everything! The whole house is yours and the yard is very private and secluded, at least for a suburban area. I'm available by text/phone for any questions you may have before or during your trip. I will not be present when you arrive as you'll have already received a custom key-code to get in through the front door. Easy! Watch hummingbirds feast in the gardens during the day and hear owls hoot in the evening. Gear up early to play basketball, tennis, or sand volleyball at Larkey Park. Walk to the Lindsey Wildlife Experience or the nearby playgrounds. Pick a zucchini or chard for your dinner; lemons or limes for your drinks. Hike to the summit of Ridge Top to get stunning views of towering Mount Diablo across the valley. Bike or walk to the BART station to get to Berkeley/Oakland (20 mins) or San Francisco (35 mins), including SFO and OAK airports. Ample parking in driveway and in the cul-de-sac. Many attractions are walkable - Larkey Park, public pool, Lindsey Wildlife, Larkey Market and Sprouts. BART is easy to get to on foot or bike. Highways 680 and 24 are close enough to get you to the rest of the Bay Area.
