We have many oil paintings in this house. This beautiful and comfort home is located in central Stevens point, close to UWSP (drive in 5 minutes), Sentry world and a Hospital. Perfect location for family gatherings and parent visits! Within 1 minute you can drive to Kwik Trip, Walgreens, and UPS headquarter (you can also walk to these locations within only several minutes). Each bedroom has a queen bed. A extra dinning area is available in the basement. The space -Central AC, works great! Cools you down easily and quickly! helps you feel comfortable during the summer! -Super comfortable beds for the whole family with fresh cotton linens – bedroom 1 (a queens bed with a trundle bed), bedroom 2 (a queen bed), bedroom 3 (a twin bed). It is enough for a group of six people! -Get ready to be enchanted by the right unit of this side by side duplex, offering a truly exclusive experience. With its own separate entrance and no shared walls with the neighboring unit, you'll enjoy complete privacy and independence. -Our backyard is fully (enclosed) fenced! Perfect for your group with and without pets. -A fully equipped kitchen: pots & pans, knives, utensils, mixing bowls, dishes, wine glasses, beer weizens, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee and tea! (P.S. if you would like a particular specialty kitchen item, then just ask! For same-day bookings, please contact me for checking time because the check in time may need to be later than 5pm due to maintenance. 2. We can normally host 6 guests. Seven people are possible but please communicate with me first. The bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a trundle bed: allowing 3 sleepers. The bedroom 2 has a queen bed, allowing 2 sleepers. The bedroom 3 has a twin bed, allowing 1 sleeper. The sectional sofa is big and can possibly allow one sleeper. 3. To pets owners: • We accept dogs. We do not accept cats. If you have other types of pets, please communicate with me first. • Pets are not allowed to stay/sleep on any bedrooms’ beds. • Please take care of your pets’ waste disposal. • Avoid waste from pets in the yard. • Please lock the pet gate so the pets do not go downstairs. 4.
