Joe’s Valley House - Left Fork

Coastal Cottage is a 2 bedroom house with all the amenities of home. With 4 beds there is room for your family or guests. Kick back and relax in front of a large screen TV . Enjoy a well furnished kitchen with a double oven and plenty of utensils, kitchen appliances and pots and pans. The space This single level space is decorated in a coastal theme with new kitchen furnishings, sofa and king sized bed. The house is fully furnished with everything you should need! It has a washer / dryer and amenities to make you feel at home. New air conditioners in each bedroom, living room and a cool ceiling fan have been added to help beat the summer heat. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. There is also a carport and driveway for parking. Other things to note We are pet friendly but require a $50 pet fee per stay, then an additional $25 fee for each pet after that. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet. We also ask that you not allow the pets on the beds or furniture. There is a yard in the front and back of the home that is share with the guests next door. Please be considerate to your neighbors. We have added air conditioners and a bedroom ceiling fan.
