Our home is located 2.6 miles to Fort Jackson, 2.6 to USC, 1.9 to State Fairgrounds, 3.1 to Colonial Life Center, 2.4 to Five Points, 7.9 to Columbia (CAE) Airport, and 2.4 to I-77. Newly renovated home with WIFI, free parking, and a large patio space. Tankless water heater for endless hot showers. Keyless entry for self check-in. Perfect for large families. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Washer and dryer. Full kitchen. The space We bought this charming house in 2019. My husband is also a contractor. We put on a new roof, new walls, new floor, fresh paint throughout the house, added crown molding, new windows, new trim, new drywall and paint on the ceilings. He remodeled both bathrooms. In one bathroom there is a grab bar by the commode and in that shower another grab bar and a seat that folds down for sitting if needed. Then he decided to scrape the front porch and put the beautiful nonskid paint on. We repainted the railings and replaced the shutters. Then he decided we needed new columns. He also crawled under the house and changed out the duct work, and we hired a company to put in a new moisture barrier under the house. Then he decided to create the beautiful driveway with the pavers he laid. (40 pallets). Then he decided to build the beautiful garage so we would have a place to stay, so that we could rent this charming house with all of our Airbnb guests! You are basically walking into a 1950s home that is totally new on the inside! Please enjoy the welcome basket we provide for our guests. If you need anything, please feel free to text or call us. Guest access If you choose to stay with us, and If you have two vehicles, please park one car all the way to the left in front of the front steps. Please park the other car on the side of the road/street in front of our house. My husband and I live in the bonus room above the detached garage and the driveway narrows at the end so we need enough space to come and go in our vehicles, and we park in the back. Enter and exit through the front door and the entire house is yours for the stay. Other things to note We have two stadium chairs that guests can borrow for games. They are in the back bedroom closet. Please return them where you found them before you leave.
