The space Feel at home in the living room with cozy fireplace. This space is open to the kitchen. Nearby is the primary bedroom with King bed and private bath. Perfect for relaxing after a busy day visiting downtown Clayton and the Highlands, hiking, antiquing, and visiting local restaurants. Across the hall you will find a bedroom with King bed. In the lower level you will find another bedroom with Kind bed and a twin bed. This is also the entertainment area with basketball game, living area with TV, and deck access to enjoy the fire pit. This peaceful home accommodates up to six guests with three Kings, and one Twin sized bed. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the cozy living room with soaring ceilings and fireplace. Enjoy time with friends and family on the deck with a fire pit and grill. Dining table that seats 6 is open to the entire living space for a meal at home or to play games and enjoy the beautiful views. Guest access Guests may access the entire home with the exception of the locked Cleaners Closet and Owners Closet. Other things to note Welcome! CHECK IN is at 4pm. Enter the 4 digit door code provided to open the front door. This code will also lock the door. Please make yourself at home when you arrive. You will find vanity packs, soaps, plenty of fresh towels, and everything you need for a wonderful experience. CHECK OUT is at 9am. Thank you for staying and for following the steps below! Used beds - please fold the quilt and leave it on top of the bed. Remove used sheets (leave the mattress protector) and regular pillowcases (leave the pillow protectors) from all used beds. Place all used towels, washcloths, and sheets in the bathrooms. Please load and start the dishwasher before leaving. Ensure deck furniture is placed back to original positions. Clear ashes from fireplace. Confirm the air is set to 70 degrees (heat in Winter/Fall & A/C in Spring/Summer) Turn off all lights and lock all doors. Leave Something Behind? No Worries!
