STARTER SUPPLIES: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes : one roll of paper towel one small bottle of liquid dish soap two dish cubes two trash bags per trash can one small bottom of shampoo & conditioner one small bar of soap one small bottom of body wash one toilet roll in each bathroom one laundry soap packet Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started. (Walmart - 7Miles, Publix - 2 miles) HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. Disclaimer: This private Pool DOES NOT have Attached spa. No specific pool temperature is guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter generally when days are short, pool heaters may struggle, or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer.Heater sets up between 88-90°F. Without optional pool heat pool temperatures can go down to 52 to 60°F in December to March depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during or after Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights. Unfortunately, we are unable to activate/deactivate the pool heater on short notice or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service.
