This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 at the front door facing the exterior front entry, 1 above the garage facing the driveway, and 1 facing the backyard. The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces. They record video and sound when activated by motion. NOTE: The wood-burning stove is not available for guest use. NOTE: Although we are pet-friendly, we do not allow cats. The $50 fee covers two dogs, and if more are approved (on a case by case basis), extra cleaning fees of $50 per dog will be charged. NOTE: Grill: A New Kenmore 4-burner propane grill is provided on the updated patio. Tools, anti-stick, and cleaning spray are provided. Please ensure safe use by turning the propane tank off and covering the grill once it is cool. If the propane runs low or out, please reach out on how to obtain the spare bottle. NOTE: Fire pit: Please practice safety at all times and keep children at a safe distance from the fire. Only firewood is to be used. No explosives, cans, plastics, etc. S'more pokers are provided. NOTE: Quiet hours: Please respect our neighbors, and no loud music outside after 9 p.m. Our neighbors' peace and respect are essential for us to keep this beautiful home for your use. NOTE: To ensure guests respect our offerings, ruined, stained, and unrecoverable linens will incur additional post-stay costs for replacement. NOTE: Firewood may not always be provided. It gets very expensive to supply as I cannot control how much a guest burns. If you find yourself needing firewood, I can arrange a same day delivery for you to be available before arrival or during your stay. Usual delivery of half pallet is ~$40.
