There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot and a separate Keurig + toaster. PARKING: Private driveway has parking for TWO cars. No parking in the garage. FREEBEE: The city of Delray is currently offering an on-demand free transportation program via battery-electric vehicles (looks like enclosed golf carts). Guests can request a ride through the Freebee app anywhere in the downtown service area which includes our property. Service Hours Sunday - Wednesday: 11 am - 9 pm Thursday - Saturday: 11 am - 11 pm ***Please Note: This is a service from the city and is subject to change*** BIKE, GRILL, SPA, POOL: You and Guests understand that during your stay there is no lifeguard on duty and understand the use of the pool, spa, grill, or bikes could cause serious injury or death. Use at your own risk! The pool is heated and spa will be pre-set to a 2-hour window of your choice during your stay. No glass (bottles, plates, cups, or other items ) outside of the home and around the pool area. TVs: There are 2 smart tvs that will enable you to log into any of your accounts (YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu...). FEW IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW - NO parties or events or gatherings. - NO PETS or SMOKING - No noise after 10 pm outside - Check-in after 3 PM and check-out before 11 AM - There are 4 exterior cameras for security and insurance purposes - Pool (Thurs morning), pest, and yard crews will be accessing back yard for weekly services - Please note it takes 2-3 minutes to warm up the master shower and if you turn on the sink hot water next to the shower it will come on much quicker - 3rd party bookings are not allowed By booking this property you agree to the below: I have adequate experience regarding Grills, Spas & Pools. I take responsibility for any person on the property, excluding the mgt. co., the property owner, and their agents, to the fullest extent allowable by law. Failure to follow safety norms will result in the immediate termination of rights and privileges without warning and without a refund. I understand grills, pools & spas are dangerous, even when using caution, and I accept personal responsibility for damages and injuries caused by my actions or the actions of others on the property, excluding the mgt. co., the property owner, and their agents. I will hold Beach Bliss Delray, the property owner, and their agents harmless for any damages or injury due entirely or in part to the prementioned danger, my lack of care, my negligence, the acts of a third party, an act of nature, or any other cause, except for gross negligence on the part of Beach Bliss Delray, the property owner, or their agents, in which case damages will be limited to actual medical expenses incurred. I will indemnify Beach Bliss Delray, the property owner, and their agents, for damages and legal fees resulting from any legal action taken by a third party or members of my group due to my actions or inaction. This waiver can be severed and modified to the extent necessary to be legally enforceable. Unclear terms herein will be interpreted based on the intent of Beach Bliss Delray to minimize liability. I will ensure: No person who is intoxicated, or who lacks full mental capacity will use any appliances, bikes, grill, pool, spa or any other device, tool, or item that may cause harm. AC: The Air Conditioner can be set as low as 68 degrees and please ensure all doors and windows remain shut when running. Guest access All rooms are accessible including the kitchen pantry, laundry, and fenced-in backyard. You have access to the garage for the 4 bikes and beach equipment as well but ask you not to park your car in the garage. Unfortunately due to multiple guests running at the unit with the doors open, as low as 62 degrees, and after replacing the unit we have had to put a lock on the controller. Due to the tropical climate in South Florida, it’s common to encounter various pests such as ants, mosquitoes, rodents, reptiles, spiders, and other insects both around the property and occasionally inside the home. While we have a professional pest control service that regularly treats the property, we kindly ask for your cooperation in helping to minimize pest activity by keeping all doors and windows closed at all times. The property is located in an area where power outages can occur, especially during the Summer and Fall months, which is beyond the control of the property owner. In the event of a power outage lasting more than six (6) consecutive hours, a credit for that day will be issued to the guest. If the outage is expected to continue for more than twelve (12) consecutive hours, the guest may choose to cancel the remaining nights of the reservation to seek alternative accommodations and receive a refund for the unused portion.
