One of the upstairs master suites has its own private access to the beachfront deck. All the bedrooms include either a Full Queen or king-sized bed. A couch in the living room can also be used for additional sleeping. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining, with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. A large deck facing the ocean has an Outdoor Shower, plenty of lounge chairs and tables, as well as your own private steps directly to the beach. A wonderful place to enjoy early morning coffee watching the sunrise or a place to sit back and relax as the day comes to an end. There's a one car garage with an automatic door opener to park your vehicle. 2-4 other vehicles can be parked comfortably in the driveway. For times when there are additional people with vehicles, a public park is just 2 houses down and on the opposite side of the road. A very short 2-minute walk from the house to the public parking at Nease Beachfront Park. This is also a great park to go for a stroll. Surfboards, boogie boards, and beach chairs are all provided for our guests to use. They will be stored in the garage or underneath the deck. and all other supplies are available to use throughout the house as well to include a fully stocked kitchen and all Bath and Beach Towels. WIFI , Cable TVS are found throughout the house. There is a desk set up in the living room for when computer use is needed. While spending time at Villa Rosa will be a home to make many memories in for years to come, you'll not want to forget about the fantastic amenities nearby. Historic Downtown St Augustine is just 10 minutes away with some of the best Shopping and Dining options in Northeast Florida. TPC Sawgrass, Jacksonville Zoo, Jaguars Stadium, and many other attractions are just a 30-50 min drive North.
