This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom oceanside villa is only a walk to the club pools, dining and golf and includes Seabrook Island Club amenity cards for the ultimate vacation on Seabrook Island. The open plan living room features cozy Maine Cottage furnishings, an LCD TV with Comcast cable channels and DVD player and access to the outdoor deck. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and a café table when you’re not enjoying family style meals at the dining table or BBQ cookouts on the deck. A separate laundry room with full size washer/dryer and storage is located near the front entrance for your convenience. 330 Beach Club comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The primary suite is upstairs and features a Vizio flat screen TV, ceiling fan, a comfy Tempur-Pedic mattress for a great night's sleep and an updated, private bath with an outer vanity area. There is a bonus upstairs loft area with a sofa and gaming table and outdoor deck. The second bedroom on the main level has a queen bed and an updated private bath with tub/shower and subway tile accents and the third bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen TV, an updated, private bath and great ocean views. Beach Club Villas are nestled oceanside at the Seabrook Island Club, only a short walk to the beach with a foot wash at the beginning of the boardwalk and a gorgeous ocean view deck to return home to. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village. All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails.
