The apartment is on two levels: on the first is a double bedroom with bathroom, kitchen, living room with fireplace and a second bathroom, on the second level is another double bedroom. Simple, but welcoming, it can accommodate 4/6 guests. The space The apartment is located on two levels: on the first is a double bedroom with bathroom, kitchen, living room with fireplace, double sofa bed and a second bathroom, on the second level is another double bedroom. An extra bed can be added in both rooms. Furnished in a simple but very welcoming way, it is ideal for 4/6 people as it has two bathrooms and independent heating. The double bedrooms, on request, can be prepared with single beds, the bathroom is equipped with a shower and the kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, stove with 4 burners and oven and everything you need to cook. The apartment has a terrace where you can dine. The name "Castagnolo" derives from the nickname of the last sharecropper who lived there, since this apartment was the "sharecropper's house." Guest access Next to the apartment is a room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A few meters away is the swimming pool (6m×12m) with an unheated hot tub. Around the pool, deck chairs and umbrellas are available to customers. Our customers can wander around our property and pick the fruits that grow there (blackberries, cherries, figs, mulberries...). Other things to note What sets us apart is the family-like and welcoming atmosphere we try to convey to our guests.
