Villa Real is located on a beautiful hill in Santa Teresa, just 7 minutes driving to the main road where you can find shops, restaurants and the best surf spot in the area. **Since the house is up the hill only 4x4 car or an Atv can go up to the villa! (4x2 cars can’t go up)** You can’t walk to the beach The villa can accommodate up to 10 people. The price changes depending on the number of people. The space The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 of them en suite (2 King size beds, 1 queen size bed and 1 double bed). Each room has an A/C. Fully equipped kitchen, private pool, outside rancho and BBQ grill. The villa includes daily cleaning and concierge service. **Parties or events are not allowed, No extra audio system or loud music.
