Welcome to the centrally located White Rose Ranch!! The main house, annex & yard make for the perfect getaway space for families and larger groups. 5 min to Hwy 880, within 30 min of all 3 major airports (SFO/OAK/SJC), 5-10 minutes from shopping, dining, movies, & Aqua Adventure Park, 15 min to Face book & Tesla HQ, 20 min to Levi stadium & 30 min to Stanford, SJ convention center, & O coliseum. We have a large corner lot, a generous driveway, & RV access. The space The White Rose Ranch has been modernized and optimized for both small and large groups such as families, business groups, athletic teams, etc. The home boasts laminate flooring, marble and quartz countertops, carrera marble backsplash, custom Shaker style wood cabinetry with soft close drawers, stainless steel LG appliances, large flat screen TVs in all rooms with a 65" Samsung flat screen in the living room, high speed internet/WiFi, premium cable TV with hundreds of channels and free on demand movie options, a Blu-Ray/DVD player, modern and comfortable furniture/fixtures, new high-capacity LG washer/dryer and a spacious backyard oasis with upscale patio furniture, a Jacuzzi hot tub, a Weber propane grill and ample, free on- & off-street parking including RV access! The entire perimeter of the property is monitored with security cameras for additional safety. The main house can sleep 10 guests and has 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms. The main house is 1400 sq ft and will allow for up to 10 guests. If there are more than 10 guests, or if you simply want the extra space, you will be required to rent the the Annex. We allow up to 13 guests overnight between both the main house and annex. For groups consisting of more than 13 guests, there are extra guest charges (please inquire for more information). The Annex is an ADDITIONAL living space of 400 sq ft with an open studio floor plan that is directly connected to the main house at an extra charge. It provides another bathroom, 4 additional beds (1 full size, 2 twins and 1 sofa bed), and comes with its own living room. The Annex does have its own air conditioning and heating system. The entire home is professionally cleaned after every guest. If you opt out of renting the Annex, we do reserve the right to rent it to other guests in which case yard space will be shared between the Main House and Annex guests. Guest access Your group will have access to the entire home and shared yard. The backyard space and jacuzzi are shared spaces with guests in the Annex. The Annex is available to those who opt to pay the extra charges to rent this unit; otherwise, it may be rented to another guest or locked and off limits. It is available at $135 per night + $90cleaning fee. There is no shared interior spaces between the main house and annex unless you pay for both units. Please be sure to read our welcome email packet which will have ALL house rules and restrictions. These rules are also located in the house manual section provided after payment has been confirmed. Highlighted below are only a few of our rules. The Jacuzzi hot tub has room for 7-8 guests and is available for your use. It comes equipped with a Bluetooth enabled speaker that you can operate with your smartphone and alternating LED lights. Please place the cover back on the hot tub when not in use. As with any body of water, please have direct adult supervision of any children who may be in or around it. The Weber grill uses a propane gas tank and is also available for your use. Please be courteous and clean the grill after using it for future guests. >>>>>>PARTIES/EVENTS<<<<<<<<<<< Until notified otherwise, we must restrict usage of the home for events or gatherings at this time due to the pandemic. Check with Airbnb or with us to see when restrictions may be lifted. ABSOLUTELY NO UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES/GATHERINGS/EVENTS. You will be asked to immediately vacate the premises, forfeit the remainder of your reservation. Guests visiting Airbnb tenants are subject to the same house rules as our tenants and are expected to not stay overnight without prior consent by owner. Visitors to the home must vacate the premises by midnight unless otherwise arranged with homeowner. Visitors staying past midnight without prior owner approval will be deemed overnight guests and subject to extra guest fees. NO LOUD MUSIC OR CONVERSATIONS ON THE PATIO AFTER 10:30PM WEEKDAYS/11:00PM WEEKENDS. NO ONE ALLOWED ON THE BACK ATIO AFTER MIDNIGHT. PLEASE READ ALL HOUSE RULES PROVIDED IN YOUR WELCOME PACKET. Other things to note With advanced notice we can provide additional amenities including: --a pack n play --light-weight stroller --toddler bed rails --toddler toilet seat --newborn/infant bath tub --miscellaneous baby/toddler supplies (Just ask us, we probably have it! We already provide child-size dinnerware and utensils in fun colors located in our kitchen.)
