Enjoy tranquility and the sounds of nature when you stay in our cozy, modern A-frame. Situated in a quiet area only 20 min drive to Killington and many other area attractions (hiking, waterfalls, tubing, snowmobile, mt. bike trails) Fireplace, hot tub and fire pit area will help you unwind after a day of exploring or hitting the slopes. Game room with pool table, arcade and smart TV to keep you busy. *Snow tires and 4WD highly recommended during winter months* The space Our A-frame is located in Pittsfield, VT and has been completely renovated with a cozy & modern twist. It has 3 levels with 5 total bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor for your convenience. You will walk in through the mud room in the lower level where 2 of the bedrooms are located (one with a designated work space). On this level you also have the game room with 2 roku tvs, arcades, bar area, pool table and fireplace. This is a cool hangout spot to watch a game and socialize. The main level living room is the focal point of the home and is perfect for enjoying fun and memorable moments. Cozy up with a book by the fireplace, turn on the record player, cook up a delicious meal in our fully equipped kitchen or just sit back and enjoy the breathtaking views. We have board games/cards for the whole family to enjoy. This level has 2 bedrooms. Climb up to the 3rd level master loft with cozy king bed where you can recharge in the floating tub with a beautiful view. Enjoy the relaxing shower with skylights and waterfall shower head. There's a work desk setup as well in case you need to work from "home" and we have internet speed of 300Mbps. Outside you can enjoy the breathtaking forest view from the wrap around deck, roast some marshmallows by the firepit, make BBQ on the grill or soak in the hot tub and gaze at the stars. This is also our family home and not just a rental. We are happy to share it and ask that you treat our home with respect to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. We can't wait to host you! Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house other than 2 owner's closets and utility rooms, which will be locked. Other things to note *The drive up to the property is steep and can be slippery in the winter months. We highly recommend 4 wheel drive and snow tires that work well on VT dirt roads* *Upstairs master loft area not suitable for young children* WAIVER & RELEASE of LIABILITY: The owners urge all guests to use Mountain Edge A-Frame's facilities and its grounds in the safest manner. Use of all features, including but not limited to the use of stairs, grounds, lofts, fireplace and appliances is done at the guest's sole risk. Guests understand that they are fully responsible for use of all features and owners shall not be liable to guests for any claims related to illnesses, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising out of or in connection with the misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters or general accidents on facility grounds. Guests choosing to use the firepit and hot tub agree to do so safely and in accordance with house rules. Guests understand owners are not to be held responsible for damaged or lost personal property. Guest hereby holds owners harmless from any/all claims brought against them. Guest understands that by booking a reservation they are effectively agreeing to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.
