This charming, 1901 historic home is both comfortable and upgraded with a remodeled, fully stocked kitchen, and stunning brand new bathroom. Modern amenities, include: high speed Wifi, smart TV, coffee station, luxury mattresses, air conditioning, and washer/dryer. Pet friendly The bedrooms have high-end mattresses to ensure you sleep in comfort. Guests will have access to a remodeled full bathroom, three bedrooms, living room, dining room, and a remodeled kitchen. Additionally, the entire fenced backyard with a private deck is available to any fury guest. Free street parking on both sides of Dill Ave. We give our guests space and provide an easy check-in process. We are readily available via Airbnb message to help with any problems. The house is nestled in a quiet area of Frederick, just a block and a half walking distance from New Market Street. It is possible to walk everywhere in downtown from the Cottage. There are quiet neighborhood walks all within minutes, including the small Memorial Park and the larger Baker Park and Baker Park dog park. Carroll Creek trails run through Baker Park and into downtown offering a scenic way to see the town and quickly taking guests to the breweries off Carroll Creek. Frederick is centrally located near hiking, rafting, historic sites, and downtown D.C. Washington D.C. is an hour from Frederick, Harper's Ferry, West Virginia is 25 minutes away, and Gettysburg, PA, is 40 minutes away. Everything you need is within a 15-minute walk or 15-minute drive from the Cottage. Target, Chick-Fil-A, Home Depot, Costco, Old Glory Antique Market Place, chain restaurants and fast-casual, etc. are all under a 15-minute drive. Wegmans Grocery store is only an 8-minute drive. Only dogs allowed; max of 2; $60 pet fee per stay. No cats or exotic animals.
