Welcome to Grand Avenue, your home while enjoying Delaware’s southernmost beaches! This bright and clean townhome is just three miles from Bethany Beach’s beach and boardwalk in one direction, and 4.4 miles from 3Rs fishing beach in the other direction. It’s within walking distance to sumptuous seafood at Big Fish Grill and a well-stocked liquor store. The space There are three (3) Bedrooms, all of them located on the second floor where there are also two full bathrooms and a convenient laundry room. Two of the bedrooms have walk-in closets and the third bedroom has a good size closet with sliding doors. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. On the first floor is the : • Living room, with a large screen TV, two futon sofas and a recliner. • Kitchen with a stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, drip coffeemaker, toaster, pots, pans, plates, silverware, glassware, etc. • Sunroom with a fold out couch, chairs and a small TV for video games or to watch VHS movies. • Access to the deck, which has a small table (folding chairs in the garage) and lounging chairs. Use of the community swimming pool in included with the rental, There are two parking spaces immediately in front of the townhouse. Street parking is not allowed. Towels and bed linens are NOT supplied. Please bring your own or get them from local companies that rent them on a weekly basis – most deliver and pick up. You’re welcome to use whatever beach equipment / toys are in the garage; however, none is guaranteed to be suitable for your use, and if you lose it, you’ll need to replace it. Other things to note This rental is only available for renters who are at least 21 years of age.
