The space Enjoy neighborhood cows wandering the nearby pasture, water fun with kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, paddle boat, outdoor kitchen, a pontoon rental available upon request, and wrap around porch seating perfect for catching up with friends and family or relaxing with a book. There is a large deck right off the lake with picturesque views in all seasons and an 80 ft dock for fun on the water. Two bonfire spots to choose from: one on the deck by the lake and one just off the wrap around porch. Plenty of space both indoor and outdoor for group gatherings, birthday weekends, couples' weekends, etc. Minutes away from the quaint downtown of Cumberland with award winning butcher shop, boutique shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. You won't want to miss the charm of the "Island City"! There are nearby snowmobile and ATV trails as well as many premier lakes for summer and ice fishing, including Beaver Dam that the property is on.
