Step out into the garden lawns which spills out to the uninterrupted, unobstructed beach views. This self-contained studio is entirely yours has its own private entrance, kitchenette (kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge, cutlery, plates, cups & glasses) and ensuite bathroom. The complex has free parking, beautiful manicured gardens and a tennis court. (Please note that the kitchenette does not include a hob or oven.) The bed is a split king, so it can be set up for a couple or separated for two singles travelling together. The bed will be set up as a king by default. If you require two singles, please advise us when booking. Please note that when the Studio is occasionally opened up (on the calendar) to allow for 1-night bookings the bed configuration can only be a KING BED (not twin beds unless agreed prior) if you are booking to stay on the actual day of your stay/check-in ('Last minute' booking). For bookings of more than 24 hours' notice, the bed configuration can either be 2 x single beds or 1 x King bed. Unlike some other Studio offerings on this site, this Villa has 180 degree totally unobstructed sea views. (Deluxe elevated front-site ground floor garden position for maximum sea views with no obstructions, cars, slip road or parking carports to spoil the view.) Guest access Guest are welcome to access the communal areas of the complex being the garden and tennis courts. Note that the covered carport number 21 is not available for our studio guests as it is prioritised for guests in the 2 bedroom villa. Pets/animals are not allowed onsite or in accommodation, as stipulated in our operating Body Corporate rules. If an animal is brought into the property or accommodation, for any reason (i.e. whether unauthorised or a registered and pre-approved service dog) there is an additional $200 cleaning fee without exception per animal.)
