We provide 1 (one) trousseau kit (bed/bath) according to the reservation configuration. Note: We do not make exchanges. We have a full laundry in the apartment itself: washing machine, clothesline (2), iron and ironing board. We recommend a self-service laundry very close to our accommodation, in case you do not want to use the apartment's laundry and opt for an external self-service one. The bedrooms: . Full kitchen equipped for small meals: with cooktop, electric oven, frost-free refrigerator, microwave, electric fryer, electric rice cooker, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker and faucet with attached natural water filter (Tramontina). Use of the barbecue area is restricted to “residents.” Other things to note For knowledge and agreement: ELECTRICITY: Electricity consumption will be charged during the stay and the amount must be paid by the guest, based on the meter reading reported on the check-in and checkout dates, with remittance charged through the Airbnb platform immediately after checkout. The amount will be calculated based on consumption using the same proportionality factor used by COELBA, equivalent to R$1.20/KW/h. We do this because we believe it is the only way to keep the average cost of our nightly rates fair, both for us as hosts and for you, our very special guests. It is a Condominium with a residential structure, therefore, the contracting guest and the entire group mentioned in the reservation, is obliged to follow all the rules and rules of the Condominium Convention, pre-established, and will be subject to notifications and charges if there are negotiations. Such amounts will be charged via the Airbnb platform providing the proper notice, if any. Like all “residential” condominium, we are subject to the interruption of water, power, gas and internet supply, because we depend on the operators in question for the normalization of the provision of such services. After booking, it is necessary to send photo IDs of all guests (including children) to the condominium management for access and stay authorization, as well as to provide their home address. ‼️ As a security measure, minors are not allowed to enter without documentation proving family ties. If a photo document is not available, please submit a Birth Certificate. Such documentation must be sent up to 72 hours before check-in. IMPORTANT: Check-in release is conditional upon sending this documentation in advance. It is necessary to provide a mobile contact number for "fast" communications. No other persons in the property will be allowed without the prior authorization of the owner. We do not accept pets, of any size. The noncompliance with such rule will result in extra charge for cleaning upholstery and mattresses and whatever else is necessary. We do not allow parties and events. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, including the balcony, as well as in common areas of the condominium (Subject to a fine). The quiet hours must be strictly followed from 22 to 8am (Subject to a fine). NO candles in the apartment. Any occurrence with the use of such item shall be the sole responsibility of the guest, including the losses, if any. FORBIDDEN to extend clothes or any other items in the windows, canvas or glass profile of the balcony (Subject to a fine). FORBIDDEN to leave garbage in the hall in front of the apartment door (Subject to a fine). Children and teenagers are PROHIBITED from playing in the entrance hall of the floors and stairs.
