The red one is our family apartment. You can live there as a couple, the rental price is shown for this, but it is more fun with 2 to 3 children. There is a bunk bed + extra mattress. The additional rent for a child under the age of 6 is 0 euros. For children over 6 and under 12 years 15 euros and for people over 12 years 30 euros. Group and seasonal discounts are always freely negotiable. Shopping is possible 12 hours a day and 6 days a week within walking distance just around the corner. Restaurants in town and in villages nearby. In one hour you can be in the middle of Berlin by train every hour - or vice versa. The train station is a ten-minute walk away. It's also close to the Baltic Sea. Buses connect in the east.west direction to the lake district from Rheinsberg to Feldberg and Templin. Guest access You can use the garden in the back, the water house and the jetty. The terraces around the restaurant on the Havel can be used as a guest of the restaurant, i.e. à la carte. These areas are also closed to tenants outside the opening hours of the restaurant.
