The space Our cozy living space boasts two large living spaces. For entertainment, 3 Smart Roku tvs await, ready to stream your favorite movies and shows. Whether you're gathering for a movie night or a spirited board game session, there's ample room for everyone. The upstairs primary bedroom, tucked away for privacy, offers a serene escape with a plush king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, en-suite washer and dryer, and a glimpse of the private backyard. On the other side of the home, two more bedrooms feature a queen-size and twin over full bunk bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. Need extra space? Venture down the stairs to the basement, where three additional bedrooms with a king-size, queen-size, and another twin over full bunk bed provide a cozy hideaway. While our haven comfortably accommodates groups of up to 12, we're thrilled to extend a warm welcome to larger groups of 13-14 (additional fees apply), who can spread out and enjoy the comfortable sectionals, pull-outs, or share beds. The twin hearts of our house, are the kitchens, both are well-equipped with all the essentials to whip up delicious meals for your loved ones. Located in the converted garage, this is unconditioned space so on hot days feel free to open up the garage door or utilize the ceiling fan. On colder days take advantage of the in wall heater controlled by the thermostat. INDOOR LIVING: 2 Large Roku Smart TVs, multiple living areas, board games, open floor plan, vaulted ceilings. GENERAL: Free WiFi, linens, towels, two washer & dryer sets, central air conditioning & heating, hair dryer, iron/board, keyless entry. FAQ: Our house is a Single-story Rancher with a Basement. We have a single zone HVAC system for the entire house. The basement is typically about 5 to 7 degrees cooler then the main floor. This difference is most noticeable when it is hot outside and the AC is running. We have found that setting the thermostat (in the hallway on the main floor) to 70 degrees and running the fan is the best way to keep the two levels as equal as possible though they will still be different temperatures. We are happy to provide any advice we can about this system during your stay. PARKING: 2 on Driveway, 2 on gravel pad to the right of the driveway, free street parking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of locked supply closets downstairs. Other things to note We have 3 cameras ONLY on the exterior of the property. These cameras record audio and video when activated by motion or sound. One is located on the north side of the property by the entry door to the garage. Another is located above the garage door looking out onto the driveway. The third is a smart doorbell located to the left of the front door.
