The indoor living room includes a sleeper sofa, accommodating up to two additional guests. Both bathrooms come stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner for a hassle-free stay. Step outside to enjoy the expansive outdoor living area, complete with ample seating, lounge chairs, and a dining area. Gather around the wood-burning fire pit under the stars, fire up the charcoal grill for a lakeside cookout, or head to the private dock, which features a 9x24-foot slip, a motorized lift, and a swimming ladder for easy water access. For added fun, we provide 12 Coast Guard-approved life jackets (ranging from youth to adult sizes) and a selection of outdoor games, including corn hole. Whether you’re here for a peaceful retreat or an action-packed getaway, this lakeside home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay! Guest access You will enjoy full use of the entire home, covered parking, dock, and backyard. The boat dock is perfect for just hanging out and enjoying life on the lake. There are steps to get in and out of the water on both ends of the dock, and coast guard-approved life jackets are supplied in various sizes to use at your own risk. Other things to note Amenities: Enjoy free high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with an Amazon Fire Stick for streaming with your own accounts. The home includes a hairdryer (in one bathroom), a full-size washer and dryer, and a portable crib. Entertainment options include games like cornhole. Kitchen: Fully stocked with dinnerware, silverware, drinking and wine glasses for six. Also includes pots, pans, baking sheets, measuring spoons, serving utensils, a toaster, a blender, coffee mugs, and a K-Cup coffee maker with coffee and sweeteners provided. Outdoor & Boating: A neighborhood boat launch ramp is within walking distance for easy access. Coast Guard-approved life jackets (youth to adult sizes) are available for use at your own risk.
