A second living room with large screen smart TV and a queen size sofabed. Stocked kitchen with island & large size appliances. 2 full baths with tub & shower combo. Soft water filtration. Front & back yard patio. Driveway parking. Guest will have exclusive use of the home during their stay. The space Guest will have full privileges per use of amenities such as a full size refrigerator and plenty of kitchen counter space to prepare meals as well as a clean and sanitized home to enjoy. Home features central heating, soft water filtration system, and filtered water osmosis conveniently located at the kitchen sink access by small faucet. Some doors will be locked unavailable to guest as well as no garage space. Long stay bookings are common. During a long stay, start up essentials are provided as a courtesy; however, any extensive or additional essentials are to be provided by the guest. Guest access Travel around via Uber, taxi, or bicycle. Nearby shopping center. Other things to note If new when booking a stay, please be sure to count every person who will be at the property as a guest so essentials are provided appropriately as well as the booking total is calculated correctly upfront and not after check-out if guest count is incorrectly noted. Guaranteed 3 parking spaces; whereas 2 non commercial regular size vehicles can park on the driveway and the third car behind driveway as if curb parking. Guest(s) are encouraged to carpool as area is dense with vehicles. Please be careful with sprinkler heads and do not run over them. Do not park on grass please.
