Guest access • CHECK-IN • Easy self-check-in is available via smart lock keyless technology - a personalized 4-digit code will be sent to you before check-in. The house is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. • PARKING • We can accommodate up to 4 vehicles at the property. Two in the garage, and two in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed. • WORK FROM HOME • There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the house, w/ a dedicated workspace in the master bedroom. We will not bother you during your stay but are always available if you need anything. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions - we look forward to hosting you! Other things to note • IDENTIFICATION • The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age and be present during the entire stay (No third-party rentals). Minors under 18 can only stay with parent, legal guardian or responsible adult, and must never be left at the property unsupervised. Upon booking we will ask for an ID from the primary guest who is booking with us and for the names of all adults in your party. • COMMUNITY • We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM and be good neighbors. • SECURITY • To enhance security at the entrance, we have installed cameras at the front entrance facing the street/driveway and in the backyard facing the gate. These cameras allow us to see and communicate with visitors at the front door and monitor for unexpected entrance to the backyard. However, we also respect your privacy during your stay and want to reassure you that there are no cameras installed inside the house itself. We firmly believe in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment where you can relax without any concerns about being monitored. • HOUSE RULES • Please be sure to read all the house rules.
