This brand-new home has 6 guest rooms, 4 and a half baths and a private pool and hot tub; what's not to love? The blue hues and accents throughout the house are sure to give off a calming and relaxing vibe. Walking into this beautiful home you have greeted with the bonus room and a huge flat-screen TV. There is a king bedroom with a private bath, the garage is where all the fun and amusement are, and the ping pong table and basketball arcade game are a blast for the kids and the adults. An additional refrigerator is available here as well. You can take either the stairs or the elevator to the second floor where all the family time will occur. After the initial “WOW” of the well-equipped and beautifully designed kitchen, you'll be sure to be amazed by the open concept of the dining room and living room. Whether it’s a movie night or a big sports game the flat-screen TV in the living room will be sure to accommodate you. Need some fresh air? You can either go out to the open deck or screened-in porch. The beautiful master suite on the second floor has a gorgeous king bed with plenty of natural lighting from the many windows. The master bathroom offers a double vanity uniquely designed large marble and glass shower. As part of Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise, all of the bed linens will be laundered between guests, even the comforters. **The linen fee is included within the initial price quote-if you would like to bring your own linens or will not be using all of the beds let us know and we will adjust the price. Linen/towel set up is $46 per bed.** Upon arrival to the third level you are welcomed to another sitting area complete with a couch and large TV. The remaining guest rooms are also on this level. The guest room with a King bed shares another spacious bathroom that connects with the guest room offering a twin over twin bunk as well as a single twin bed. Across the sitting area you will find the two additional guest rooms both furnished with a queen bed and access to a hall bath. The completely fenced and private pool (which can be heated or cooled with an additional fee) is your oasis to enjoy! The convenient wet bar is located outside under a covered patio with easy access to a restroom. If enjoying a hot tub is of interest there is one for you to enjoy as well. The lively and very family friendly vibe is apparent as soon as you pass through the entrance- bright colored homes are sprinkled down the tree lined streets. The farthest distance from any home to the beach access is a maximum 0.8 miles. This translates into easy access to the community’s beach access and pool house from any property. The community offers golf cart parking at the community beach access as well as a pool house complete with covered picnic tables and restrooms. The beaches along this portion of Emerald Isle can be easily walked, has the perfect place to park a chair and umbrella for the day, or even plenty of open surf to cast a line. Surf fishing is also a favorite past time during the Fall months. Emerald Isle as a whole is very bicycle friendly- there is a bike path that connects Spinnaker’s Reach to all of Emerald Isle! It is a separate path and safe for riders of all ages. The nearest restaurants and nightlife are just over a mile away while the grocery stores are about 1.5 down the bike path as well. The center of town is just about 2.5 miles… and still connected by the bike path.
