The space Villa Paparouna is built on a hill in Akrotiri, Chania. The villa (180 m2) lays on the ground floor of a 3-storey building. The villa offers privacy to its guests and panoramic views as it faces the Cretan Sea. By the gigantic private pool, you can glaze everyday sunset, while having a drink with family or friends. Villa Paparouna, also, stands out for its convenient space arrangement. It consists of a fully equipped studio, which is connected to the main house, which is ideal for families or couples traveling together and seeking some privacy but comfort at the same time. From the private entrance, the guests get in the living room, dining, and kitchen areas. On the back of the room, on your left, you find a laundry machine storage room and then you enter in the main bathroom. The classic decorated bedroom is on the left as well. One more bedroom is on the right. The studio consists of a double bed, a sofa bed, an office, a fully equipped kitchen, and an en-suite bathroom. There is a private exit to the garden. On the left of the main entrance is an outdoor shower and a private bathroom. LAYOUT Indoors: Open space living room with sofas, TV. Fully equipped open kitchen. Dining area, seating up to 8 people. There is free common parking space at the villa. Unfortunately, there is no infrastructure to accommodate the needs of people with limited mobility and wheelchair users, as there is no bathroom with easy access. Guest access Guests have access to all areas, indoor and outdoor. Although there is an apartment on the top, the ground floor part is Villa Paparouna and all the outdoor facilities are totally and only accessible to Villa Paparouna's guests.
