There are NO cameras anywhere inside the house, we respect the privacy of our guests To comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. Any such action shall constitute a material breach of the rental agreement and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. By booking this property, Guests acknowledge and accept that the pool fence is a mandatory safety feature and agree to assume all liability for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the removal, alteration, or misuse of the pool fence.
