Our newly renovated and comfy apartment lies around the corner of the lively Place de la Contrescarpe and Rue Mouffetard. It is the perfect place to absorb the unique culture of this historical neighborhood. Le Pantheon, Notre-Dame and Quartier Latin are in walking distance, as well as the most beautiful parks of Paris. Food and culture lovers can count on many restaurants, bars, cafes and cinemas close-by. The space The room is quiet and has a window overlooking the courtyard. There is a desk, a large bathtub and a piano. The living room is bright and comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. The apartment is on the first floor without elevator access. If you are staying with more than two people, the sofa can be converted into a double bed. Numerous metro stations are nearby as well as a bike station at the foot of the building. Guest access You have access to the whole flat Other things to note The apartment is non-smoking and parties are not permitted. For check-in after 8.00 pm, a 25 euro charge will be added to the reservation. Work is currently underway in the building on the upper floors, but there is no noise disturbance.
