Here you'll find peace and quiet after an eventful day of vacation or work, as well as the perfect space to work and unwind. The space This 75 sq m, 3-room apartment was renovated in 2023. You can expect an exclusive and fresh design with everything you need for a comfortable short or long-term stay: - Fast Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the apartment - 1 bedroom with a comfortable 2x2 m double bed - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - Large sofa bed in the living room (can be used as an additional bed) - Large Smart TV with Netflix & Waipu TV - Tassimo coffee machine & filter coffee machine - New, fully equipped kitchen - Sauna in the garden - use of the sauna including bathrobe and towels is available for a fee (free once for 2 hours every 3 nights) - Washing machine and dryer - use is available for a fee - Parking spaces directly in front of the house - Charging station for electric cars (wallbox with Type 2 connector and a maximum charging capacity of 11 kW) - Keyless check-in, access to the apartment with a code - Bakery, farm shop, and bus to Schwäbisch Hall nearby Within walking distance The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. The completely renovated toilet is separate. All rooms have windows with natural light. We provide bed linens, towels, and bathrobes (for the sauna). You will also find a selection of coffee and tea, as well as a welcome drink. Additional services: A late check-out can be booked for an extra charge, subject to availability. Additional cleaning during your stay can also be booked for an extra charge. Guest access We will send you personal door codes for check-in and you can check in completely independently.
