The space The 75 sqm 3-room apartment was modernized in 2023 - you can expect an exclusive and fresh design with everything you need for a pleasant short or long-term stay: - Fast WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge - 1 bedroom with comfortable 2x2m double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - Couch in the living room can be set up as an extra bed - Large smart TV with Netflix & Waipu TV - Cafe machine Tassimo & filter coffee machine - New fully fitted kitchen - Sauna in the garden - use of the sauna incl. Bathrobe and towels are possible at a cost (free 1x for 2 hours per 3 nights) - Washing machine and dryer - Use possible for a fee - There is a parking place right in front of the house - Charging station for electric cars against consumption billing (wallbox plug type 2 with max. 11 KW charging power) - Keyless check-in, access to the apartment with code - Bakery, farm shop and bus to Schwäbisch Hall within walking distance The bathroom has a bath and shower. The equally completely renovated toilet is seperate. All rooms have daylight windows. We provide sheets, towels and bathrobes (for the sauna). There is also a selection of cafe and tea and a welcome refreshment. Guest access You will receive personal door codes from us for check-in and can check in completely independently.
