Rolling Hills is a newly-constructed, 4-bedroom haven nestled in the heart of Desert Hot Springs and offers the perfect escape for you and your guests. With 7 cozy and comfortable beds (including full bunk beds, a trundle and rollaway (cot), you'll have plenty of space to rest, recharge and make unforgettable memories. Take a dip in the expansive, heated pool and enjoy the benefits of an Endless Pools Swim Machine that provides an amazing swim experience, a fun flow for kids to play in, or simply a lazy river like experience for all. Other things to note City ID: VR22-0152 Please note that pool cleaners come every Tuesday and Friday to clean the pool, in addition the landscapers come every Tuesday, so please don't be alarmed if you see them during your stay. PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW BEFORE BOOKING. POOL & SPA HEAT: We provide free spa heat, but If you'd like the pool heated it will there is a daily fee.. If you stay for 28+ days we will collect a deposit instead of a daily fee. *Heating the pool is $85/day* Pool heat is pre-heated 24 hours before* your arrival and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM, which would be perfectly warm through the night There are chimes on the sliding doors to the pools, please do not remove them or tamper with them. *PLEASE NOTE: if you pay for pool heating the pool will be warm, but if you choose to use the hot tub the heat will revert to the hot tub. When you turn the hot tub off, it will go back to the pool. If you do not have any reviews or average under 4 stars we will require a $500 refundable security deposit. Pets are $175 per pet per reservation. If you stay is over 7 days additional fees may apply. NO CATS (owner's are very allergic) By booking this reservation, you agree to all policies, terms, and conditions throughout this listing. Maximum occupancy (day or night) – whatever number of people there are on your reservation. *Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation at any time during your stay. -If you have more than 8 guests, there will be $25 per guest, per night, with a maximum of 10 guests at any time **there is an additional fee of $25/per person per night for the 9th and 10th guests. Cars permitted at anytime – 4 *We have an outdoor motion activated ring doorbell, one is located outside the front door. No parties or events. No smoking indoors. Outdoor ok but please throw away cigarette butts. Quiet Hours are 10pm - 8am. No outdoor music or other devices that produce or reproduce sound during quiet hours. If you are staying for 28+ nights we take a deposit for pool heat and return what wasn’t used at the end of your stay. Guests are liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges should damage occur during occupancy. Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess the extent of the damages. To report accidental damage, please message the host. **By City of Desert Hot Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city: 1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. 2. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract) and submit a copy of government issued ID before check-in. This contract may be provided prior to booking if requested. 3. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view. 4. Quiet Hours are 10pm - 8am. No outdoor music or other devices that produce or reproduce sound during quiet hours. 5. Parking is limited to driveway and the curb directly in front of the property. This is a Desert Hot Springs law for Short Term Rentals and you may be towed. All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy. During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside. Registration Details VR22-0152
