This is a terrific Home Away From Home for visiting the So. Cal. area. It's location in Old Town Torrance is convenient to LAX, beaches, shopping and all LA sporting venues. There is ample free parking in front of the house. It is within walking distance to local bus hubs to SoFi Stadium, Dodger Stadium, the Hollywood Bowl, and more. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is a charming house that we're sure you'll enjoy staying in. More than a sterile hotel room, it's a well appointed home to live in. The space This space is a perfect choice and we're confident you will enjoy our home and its central location. Our 1400 sqft home has a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and 3 bedrooms. You'll be able to relax in the living room watching the 46" smart TV. The master bedroom has a king bed, its own smart TV and a private full bath. The other 2 bedrooms share a full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and its own smart TV. There is a double bed and a dedicated workspace with a color laser printer in the 3rd bedroom. The dining/living room and each of the 3 bedrooms have their own 'mini-split' AC/heating units. This allows each room to set an individually comfortable temperature. We have very high speed internet and WiFi throughout the house. A free washer and dryer are available for your use during your stay. The weather in southern California is mild throughout most of the year so you can enjoy the BBQ on the side patio. We are within walking distance to Old Town Torrance where you'll find fabulous restaurants and small businesses to suit your needs. Torrance is ranked among the Safest Cities in the US and you'll find your stay to be quiet and peaceful. It's close to local attractions and some of the best beaches in southern Cal. Guest access The entire house is for your use. There is a self check-in process and we'll email you complete information prior to your arrival. Other things to note We will send a booking confirmation a few minutes after you complete your reservation. Contact us if you do not receive anything and/or if you have any questions. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a $500 fee to remove residual odors. In accordance with Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all mass gatherings and parties for this location. Violation of this policy will result in cancellation of the reservation without any refund, and you will be asked to immediately leave the property.
