The open-concept living room is comfortable and inviting, with two sets of French doors leading to a spacious west-facing balcony with covered seating—perfect for morning coffee, a quiet afternoon, or sunset light in the evening. The pool is just a short walk from the home, elevated on the dunes with Gulf views, and is heated seasonally from November through April. Beach gear is provided, and optional beach chair service can be arranged directly with the local vendor. Location The 30A Beach House is ideally located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, making it easy to walk or bike to restaurants, coffee shops, and local favorites along Scenic Highway 30A. Pet Policy We welcome one well-behaved dog with prior approval. We ask that pets stay off furniture and beds, are not left unattended for extended periods, and that owners bring their own bedding. Guest Access Guests have full access to the home, courtyard, garage, pool, and deeded beach. Guest access The entire Beach house is yours to enjoy. There's one small tucked away closet that is locked and not for guest use, but both bedrooms have ample closet space for you to use. Other things to note Arrival & Access The home is located within a private gated community. Detailed arrival instructions will be shared prior to your stay, along with wristbands for access to the beach and pool area Guidebook & Local Map Before your stay, we’ll share our detailed digital guidebook for The 30A Beach House, with everything you need to know about the home along with our favorite local restaurants, coffee spots, beaches, and activities. We’ve also created a custom Google Map that you can easily open on your phone, so you can explore, navigate, and find everything nearby while you’re out and about. Parking Garage parking is available for two vehicles. There is additional parking within the community. Pets We welcome one well-behaved dog with prior approval. Please note Walton County has specific regulations regarding dogs on the beach. Stocked Supplies The home is thoughtfully stocked with home essentials so you won’t need to run out for basics when you arrive.
