O'ceananigans is a cozy coastal farmhouse, ready to be enjoyed for your next getaway. Located in the South Farm District, O'ceananigans is beautifully decorated by Seabrook's SeaWorthy Home. You will feel right at home, while also being away from it all! The space This 3 bedroom, 3 bath + bonus media room home is just a short walk or bike ride away from anything you can imagine, including the wonderful retail boutiques, market, restaurants, food trucks, parks, sports courts, trails, and of course, the beach. You can start off your morning by enjoying a peaceful moment with your favorite book, and fresh cup of coffee on the front porch swing or kick back in a rocking chair on the covered front porch. If you brought your electric car to O'ceananigans, you can recharge at the charging station located in the driveway at the back of the house. Main Floor O'ceananigans, is equipped with all the comforts of home. The spacious gourmet kitchen with pantry and breakfast bar come completely stocked and ready to whip up an amazing meal. You don't even need to bring your Keurig or your crockpot! The kitchen is conveniently located right across from the large farmhouse dining room table and nearby living room space for all to visit and enjoy each other's company. The living room has plenty of seating, a flat screen smart TV and a gas fireplace perfect for everyone to warm back up following a walk on the beach in the ocean breeze. In the drawers of the buffet table, you'll find games and puzzles, perfect for quality time with family or friends at the dining table. Right off the kitchen and dining room is the spacious mudroom, where you'll find the downstairs full bath and the main floor primary bedroom with luxury King bed. The spacious mudroom has plenty of room to store your shoes, rainboots and jackets. The bench is complete with basket drawers, where beach towels are stored for your use as well. We appreciate our guests helping keep our home fresh for all to enjoy by keeping the beach outdoors, including beach toys and footwear/wet items stored in the mudroom. Just outside the backdoor steps, you'll find a propane BBQ grill waiting for the ultimate cook-out, a private hot tub, and a firepit with seating to enjoy an evening relaxing while listening to the crashing ocean waves in the background and roast some yummy s'mores. The shed is equipped with outdoor/sports equipment for our guests to use at the pickle ball courts, along with sandcastle toys at the beach during their stay as well. Upstairs The full-size washer and dryer are conveniently and centrally located at the top of the stairs as well as the second primary bedroom with King bed and master bath. The bunk room is the perfect kid's quarters with two sets of twin bunks, in the nightstand the kids will find some books perfect for story time before bed. Finally, the upstairs is complete with an additional media room with a cozy sectional sofa, flat screen tv, DVD's, Xbox and PlayStation console/games. Pet Friendly Our dog LOVES Seabrook and we know yours will too. The backyard is fully fenced with dogs in mind. In the downstairs hallway closet, along with additional games, a few touch-up items and dog dishes, you'll find a cozy dog bed for your furry family member to cuddle up by the fire as well. At Cottage Rental check-in, you'll be given a special bag just for your dog, which includes a sheet for covering furniture that your sweet pup may enjoy. If you need to leave the pup at the house to enjoy a meal or a quiet walk to watch the sunset, you'll find a dog crate underneath the downstairs master bed that will be perfect while you're gone. Outside near the hot tub you'll find a hot/cold faucet with a spray handle, perfect for washing off those sandy paws. Dogs love sharing this feature with their humans too because we all know how that sand just somehow magically appears even when you thought you left it all at the beach. Seabrook is paradise for dogs, not only for runs on the beach, but there are many trails and places for a walk. Just around the corner from O'ceananigans your dog can enjoy the farm district with a walk by the equestrian barn and on over to the dog park where they can play off-leash and meet some friends. Other things to note All Seabrook Hospitality guests are welcome to check out complementary equipment from The Dugout at the Sunrise Pool. Ask the pool attendant for assistance to be on your way to planning all kinds of games year-round! Items available for check out include, Badminton rackets, Bocce ball, Cornhole, Soccer balls, Horseshoes, Big Jenga and so much more. Please obtain a free parking pass from Guest Services when parking on the street. A rental agreement will be sent 2 days prior to your arrival date. It will need to be signed prior to check-in. Vehicle Charging Stations are located in the parking lot on Parkview Lane.
