With 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bath and 3700 sq feet this home provides an open yet cozy environment with its two master suites, a second story leisure room, comfortable outdoor seating and hot tub to help enjoy the mountain air. Guest access Lake Almanor West is now requiring a TENANT REGISTRATION form to be submitted in advance so parking passes and community center passes can be sent to you before you arrive. We will send you the form. Come and fish, play golf or hike the nearby National Forest. Lake Almanor an absolutely wonderful place to be in northern California for boating and enjoying all the water activities. This vacation home is an easy 0.25 miles from the Lake Almanor West boat launch. The elevation at the lake is approximately 4800 feet. The summers are sunny and beautiful and perfect for hiking, running, biking and fishing! Lake Almanor West has a beautiful 9-hole golf course with a putting green, driving range, and comfortable indoor/outdoor restaurant. Golf and the restaurant are open over Memorial Weekend through October. There is a private park for members and their guests. There's a special play area for smaller children, volleyball, basketball court, picnic tables, beach and swimming area. The boat launch area is for the community only with vehicle parking for day use of all boaters. There is a boat rental service directly south of the community about 2 miles away. Other things to note A $750 security/damage deposit has conditions that the guest agrees to when the guest makes their payment to stay at the home. These conditions are: - No damage has been made to the home or contents - No smoking on the property - No pets inside the home - No illegal substance or activities on premise - House items including pillows, blankets, tools, games, books and movies have not been lost or removed from the home. - No long distant phone calls have been charged to the owner's phone during your stay. - No child under 14 years of age should be left unattended in or around an open hot tub - A lost house key creates a security risk and requires us to rekey all the locks for the home at your expense. - Lost tennis court key will be replaced at your expense We take our house rules very seriously.
